Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee We stand behind Browfi. If you're not happy with your physical product, contact us at hello@browfico.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Physical products — returns & refunds
- To start a request, email hello@browfico.com with your order number and, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, a clear photo or short video.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
- For hygiene and health reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, except where they are faulty. This is standard for makeup and skincare items applied to the body.
- If a return is requested for an unused item in its original, sealed packaging, we'll provide instructions. Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Digital products — strictly non-refundable All digital products (including the free Brow Playbook and any paid digital guides, courses, or video content) are delivered electronically and are final sale: non-refundable and non-returnable once access or download has been provided. By purchasing or accessing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation for that digital item. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding the physical product.
EU/EEA customers — right of withdrawal If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a physical, unused product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in addition to the goodwill guarantee above. This right does not apply to: (a) sealed cosmetic goods that have been unsealed/used, for hygiene reasons, and (b) digital content where you consented to immediate delivery as stated above.
Refund timing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-receipt / lost orders If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, contact us at hello@browfico.com — we'll investigate and resolve it.
